Robotic System Integrators have to meet several functional safety requirements for risk reduction strategies to keep operators safe during production and maintenance activities. The TL4019 series offers a guard lock interlock with a holding force of 1,200 N (270lb.). For compliance to ANSI/RIA R15.06, the TL4019 has a rear manual release that allows unlocking from inside the protective area.  For simple installation, the TL4019 series line-up has a variety of contact configurations, an optional slide bolt with an integral door handle, and a rotatable head.
